Product Safety & Social Responsibility
Yes, completely safe. Our wholesale water bottles are BPA free, toxic free and lead free. All materials are food grade.
Absolutely! Fair, responsible labor practices are a top priority for BulkFlask.
We have adopted the PPAI Code of Conduct, an industry-focused statement of principles designed to clarify expectations regarding product safety, social, and environmental assurances. Further, we only choose to partner with suppliers that have also adopted this code.

Upon check out, there will be an estimated delivery date for your order. If you would like to receive your order quicker, you have the option to choose rush service or expedited shipping at appropriate cost.

Ever feel like what’s on the computer screen might look different than the actual product? Have a look first before placing an order. Simply e-mail our samples department support@bulkflask.com. Our samples department will contact you within 24 hours with cost (if any) and shipping options.
During the check out process, a shipping estimate will be provided based on your order. Orders to the USA or Canada will be free of shipping cost if your order quantity >MOQ.

Artwork&Printing Questions
We have a team of trained artists who can help you with your artwork needs.
For custom graphic/pattern bottles & tumblers, if you want, we will surely show you the mockup before placing your order. Once your order has been submitted and paid for, the art department will take your submitted design and prepare a proof, which will be submitted for your approval via email within 24 hours of the order being placed.
It is preferred that your artwork is ready at the time that you order. However, you may upload your artwork or send us the artwork via email after you have ordered as well. If you upload your artwork after you order, your order will be delayed until your artwork has been received.
If you would like to print a multi-logo color logo in just one color, we can alter your design to the color of your choice.
Yes, if you tell us how you would like your artwork changed, our art dept. can work with you on perfecting your logo or design. Our team of expert graphic designers works closely with customers to ensure that they get exactly what they want printed on their products.
We accept illustrator .eps, ai, .ps, pdf, photoshop .psd 300 resolution, high quality jpeg 300, tif 300 resolution, gif 300 resolution, or freehand 10. If you have a different format, please contact our art department at support@bulkflask.com. We ask that you have your art already vectorized and your fonts flattened if possible.
Our art dept and production team work closely with our customers to achieve the best quality color matching possible. Please be aware the color of the item can cause the color of the print to vary, and we cannot guarantee a 100% match in color.
Most products require either a plate or a screen to be made for imprinting. No set-up fee for laser engraving. However, if you want to do sublimation transfer printing for your custom graphic drinkware, there will be a set-up for plate.
